Day 46: May Day
Still on the cloudy and rainy weather today, but our roof fixes still appear to be holding. I cannot wait to get started on that middle building project, but that is still in the conception and budgeting phase.Facetimed with my study buddy-- we've been trying to hangout for an hour each day to force some accountability onto each other -- to work on revising my CV. Made more progress on getting photos and descriptions together for future project posts.
Started getting back into my degree work. Perhaps I'll make a tab on here to share some projects from that. Maybe not. We'll see how well I keep this up when I'm not in lockdown. I made a simple chatbot in python today.
In further explorations if our wood supplies, I found a palette that will work as a more solid foundation for my strawberry garden than what I had initially imagined. And I finally laid hands on the guttering hanging hardware that has been floating around, so I have a v2 plan. With the strawberry plants due to arrive next week, I need to get onto building that.

Le temps est toujours nuageux et pluvieux aujourd'hui, mais nos réparations de toit semblent tenir le coup. J'ai hâte de commencer ce projet de bâtiment intermédiaire, mais il est encore en phase de conception et de budgétisation.FaceTime à mon camarade d'étude - nous avons essayé de nous retrouver pendant une heure chaque jour pour nous imposer mutuellement une certaine responsabilité - pour travailler à la révision de mon CV. En explorant plus avant si notre bois s'approvisionne, j'ai trouvé une palette qui servira de base plus solide à mon jardin de fraises que ce que j'avais imaginé au départ. Et j'ai finalement mis la main sur la quincaillerie d'accrochage des gouttières qui a flotté un peu partout, j'ai donc un plan v2. Comme les plants de fraises doivent arriver la semaine prochaine, je dois me mettre à la construction de ce plan.
