He's funny, right? |
Background
My partner has made lemonade before, but I hadn't been particularly vigilant about writing down the recipe or documenting it. So, we had some lemons, and, well, see above.
Goal
I like my lemonades a bit sweet, so I am the taste tester as we make each bottle. We wanted to re-use some lemonade bottles we had and use up our lemons.
Resources
J’s recipe:
3 lemon squeezed
1/2 lemon unsqueezed sliced
Rinds that still had pulp on after squeezing
1/4 c sugar
Add water to make up 1 L.
Add into bottle, mix well.
Drink within a week.
